ATLAS ADP dynamic balancing valves support hydraulic balance in variable-flow heating and cooling circuits by regulating differential pressure. Mechanical control without an external electrical supply helps limit excess flow and provides steadier operating conditions for thermostatic valves.

Threaded DN20–DN50 and flanged DN65–DN100 models accommodate different pipe sizes. The table lists PN16 and adjustable differential-pressure ranges of 5–25 kPa for the smaller sizes and 20–80 kPa for DN65–DN100. These adjustment ranges are considered separately from the nominal pressure rating.

Used on the return line with a suitable impulse connection, the ADP range helps improve flow distribution, reduce flow-related noise and support appropriate pump control conditions. Commissioning checks the selected setting, design flow and actual circuit differential pressure together.

In systems with variable flow and pressure values, the desired flow rates can be set using the ATLAS ADP dynamic balancing valve. By adjusting the required flow rate for each branch line, energy savings are achieved and the flow rate is tailored to meet specific needs. It eliminates flow-induced noise. It prevents excess flow and reduces system maintenance costs.
