Mechanical water meters are reliable and cost-effective devices designed to accurately measure water consumption across a wide range of applications, from residential properties to industrial facilities. They offer high durability thanks to their long-lasting multi-jet design and corrosion-resistant composite or optional stainless steel mechanism housing. The device’s overall structure features a vacuum-sealed, magnetically shielded mechanism protected against external interference, meeting IP68 waterproofing standards. Designed for ease of use, the meter features a cover that rotates 359° or 360°, allowing for easy reading from any angle, whilst delivering low pressure loss and high accuracy performance at the initial flow rate. Operating within Class 2 error limits (±2% for Q2 ≤ Q ≤ Q4, and ±5% for Q1 ≤ Q < Q2), these meters provide efficient measurement in cold water temperatures up to 50°C and under climatic conditions ranging from -10°C to +55°C.
