This policy covers product information, contact, quotations and support on atlassayac.com. The Personal Data Notice explains purposes, legal grounds, recipients and rights; the Cookie Policy explains related technologies. This policy is not consent or a waiver of rights.
Your enquiries
Contact details, product group and message are used to assess and answer your request. A requested service response differs from advertising and promotions. Submitting a form is not marketing permission; communications requiring permission need a separate process.
Information you provide
Only supply information necessary for your request. Do not include passwords, payment cards, health information or unnecessary identity documents. Share other people’s data only where necessary and where you are entitled to do so.
Security and retention
Preventing unlawful processing and access and protecting personal data are obligations under Article 12 of Law No.6698. Absolute security of internet communications cannot be guaranteed. Retention, erasure principles and application channels are explained in the Personal Data Notice.
External services
WhatsApp, social media, online payment and other links may lead to different service operators. Read their notices too. External links do not remove Atlas’s legal responsibilities for its own processing. Separate meter-reading and consumption-management platforms are outside this policy.
Updates
New versions show their revision date. Updating this policy does not itself authorize a new processing purpose or consent-dependent activity. Questions may be sent to info@atlassayac.com.

info@atlassayac.com
This notice covers visits to atlassayac.com and contact, quotation and technical support requests. Separate meter-reading platforms, residents’ consumption records, employment and physical visitor processes are outside its scope.
Information, purposes and legal grounds
Forms collect electronically your name, telephone, email, topic, product group, message and, where supplied, product model/serial number. Fields marked required support assessment and response. Technical providers may process IP, device/browser information and access events when delivering the website. Cookies and measurement tools are described separately in the Cookie Policy.
- Quotations and directly related contractual requests: Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No.6698 for necessary data of the individual contracting party; Article 5(2)(f) for necessary business-representative communications, subject to fundamental rights and freedoms.
- Support, information requests and complaints: Article 5(2)(c) for direct contract performance; Article 5(2)(e) where necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right; Article 5(2)(f) for other necessary enquiry handling, subject to balancing interests.
- Website operation and security: Article 5(2)(f) for necessary technical operation and security without prejudice to fundamental rights. Article 5(2)(ç) applies where a specific legal obligation requires processing.
- Optional analytics and advertising requiring consent: Article 5(1) requires a separate informed and freely given choice. Submitting a form, reading this notice or remaining silent does not provide that consent.
Recipients and disclosure purposes
Requests are routed to the relevant communications, sales or support teams. Hosting, email delivery and technical providers process data needed for their services. Disclosure to competent public or judicial authorities is limited to legally required requests and relevant records. Support forms go to hakan@atlassayac.com; contact forms to info@atlassayac.com; quotation forms to the relevant sales and communications addresses.
Third-party services and international processing
The website contains Google, Microsoft Clarity, Meta and Cloudflare technologies; the email infrastructure includes the SMTP2GO plugin. These services may involve processing technical visit data or service-related data in systems abroad. International transfers require the separate conditions of Article 9; this notice is not itself transfer permission or consent. You may request information about services and recipients at info@atlassayac.com.
Retention and minimisation
Retention takes account of resolving the request, statutory obligations applicable to the record and periods needed to protect rights. When processing grounds cease, Article 7 requires erasure, destruction or anonymisation. You may ask about the period and purpose applicable to your data. Do not submit unrelated identity documents, health information, payment cards, passwords or unnecessary third-party information.
Your rights and applications
Under Article 11 you may learn whether data is processed, its purposes and whether it is used accordingly; request information about processing and domestic/foreign recipients; request correction and, where statutory conditions apply, erasure/destruction and notification of these actions to recipients. You may object to adverse results arising exclusively from automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful-processing damage.
Apply in writing to the postal address above or email info@atlassayac.com from an address previously supplied to Atlas and recorded in its systems. Other methods under the Communiqué on Applications to the Data Controller remain available. Include your name, signature for written requests, Turkish identity number for Turkish citizens, nationality and passport number or identity number where available for foreigners, notification address, any email/telephone/fax and your request. Only information necessary for verification is requested; an identity-document copy is not automatically required in every case.
Applications are answered as soon as possible and within thirty days. They are generally free; the Board’s tariff may apply if additional cost is involved. Statutory complaint and judicial remedies remain available.
